What to include

Tell us which page you were using, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Your device and browser name can help us understand the problem. For session access, include the nickname you used and roughly when you started.

Please leave out passwords, invitation or recovery tokens, and personal answers. If you attach a screenshot, crop out private information. We may ask for additional verification before changing access or deleting a shared session.

For feedback, send us your suggestion. Please do not include your partner's private information without their permission.

Common questions

How do I invite my partner?

Use Copy invitation link in your session. The invitation lets a new participant join; simply sending the waiting-room address does not grant them access.

Why does my link say Unauthorized?

Your private access is saved in the browser where you joined. A new device, cleared cookies, or a domain change can leave your answers saved but your browser unrecognized. Try the original browser first. If that does not work, email support before creating a replacement test.

Can I change my answers in the waiting room?

Yes, before you choose Ready for reveal. If you have already chosen ready and your partner has not, choose Not ready, keep editing. Once both are ready, that test is locked.

Why are we still waiting after finishing the questions?

Finishing and choosing ready are separate steps. Both people need to click Ready for reveal in the waiting room. You can see each other’s progress there without seeing answers early.

What happens if we try again?

Start the next test from a revealed test’s page. It begins with blank answers, keeps earlier results, and lets you optionally look back at your own earlier choices. Both partners continue in the same session.

Can I delete our test?

Either participant can use Delete our session on the Grow page after the reveal. It removes the shared session and its test history for both people. If you cannot access that page, email support with a deletion request.

Why is a shared link showing an old preview?

Messaging and social apps may keep an earlier preview. Try sharing the link in a new message. The preview uses generic TheUsTest artwork and never includes private answers or scores.

Is this counseling or an emergency service?

No. TheUsTest is a conversation tool, and its support inbox is for website help. It does not provide counseling or emergency assistance.
